One Pot Sucuk Pasta

Creamy one-pot pasta with spicy Yayla sucuk – quick, comforting and full of flavour.
Ingredients
| 150 g | pasta |
| 400 ml | water |
| 100 ml | cream |
| 125 g | yayla lokmalık sucuk |
| 1 tsp | tomato paste |
| 1 tbsp | pepper paste |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | paprika powder |
| 2-3 tbsp | yayla köy tulum cheese |
| oil | for frying |
Preparation

Heat oil in a pan and fry the sucuk until slightly crispy. Add tomato and pepper paste and cook briefly.

Pour in water, cream and spices, then add the pasta and stir well. Cover and simmer for 20–25 minutes until creamy.

Serve topped with Yayla Köy Tulum cheese.
