Ingredients
| 250g | fine bulgur |
| 450ml | boiled water |
| 1 tbspn. | tomato paste |
| 1 tbspn. | paprika paste, mild |
| 1 tbspn. | hot paprika paste |
| 4 tbspn. | pomegranate syrup |
| 4 tbspn. | oil |
| 2 tbspn. | olive oil |
| a bundle | parsley |
| a bundle | mint |
| 4-5 | spring onions |
| sth. | salt |
Preparation

Put the bulgur in a large bowl and pour the boiled water over it. Leave to stand briefly and then mix until the water has been completely absorbed

Add the tomato purée and paprika purée and mix well. You can use a food processor or mix the mixture by hand.

Then add the pomegranate syrup, rapeseed oil and olive oil and mix well again

Finely chop the parsley, mint and spring onions and add to the bulgur mixture. Season with salt if necessary
