Tomato Sucuk Skillet

Quick tomato and pepper skillet with flavorful lokma sucuk and creamy akkawi cheese.
Ingredients
| 250g | Yayla lokma sucuk |
| 1 | green pointed pepper |
| 1 | tomato |
| 1/2 tbsp | yayla butter |
| 30g | Yayla akkawi cheese |
| - | Pepper |
Preparation

Melt butter in a pan and fry the lokma sucuk. Chop pepper and tomato.

Add pepper and sauté briefly, then add tomatoes and simmer for 5–10 minutes.

Sprinkle akkawi cheese on top, let it melt and serve warm.
