Tiramisu Balls

24 | Ladyfingers |
100 ml | 100 ml |
125 g | Kaymak |
2 tbsp | sugar |
40-50 g | Baking cocoa |
Preparation

Finely grind the ladyfingers in a blender and transfer to a bowl.

Add the espresso, kaymak and sugar and knead well. Place the resulting mixture in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

After the cooling time, take small portions of the mixture and shape into balls with your hands.

Then roll the balls in the baking cocoa until they are evenly coated.

Place the finished tiramisu balls on a plate and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Tip:
Give your tiramisu balls a personal touch by decorating them with grated chocolate, chopped nuts or shredded coconut!
