Roasted Pumpkin with White Cheese

Ingredients
| 1 | small Hokkaido pumpkin |
| 3 | sprigs thyme |
| 4 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper |
| 1/2 tsp | chili flakes |
| 80 g | Yayla white cheese |
Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Wash and slice the pumpkin, remove seeds and place in a baking dish. Mix olive oil with spices and brush over the slices.

Dice the white cheese and distribute with thyme on top. Bake for 25–30 minutes until tender. Serve warm.
