Pumpkin Sucuk Bake

Oven baked hokkaido pumpkin with spicy sucuk and creamy white cheese
Ingredients
| 1 | hokkaido pumpkin |
| 150g | Yayla white cheese |
| 1 pack | Yayla lokma sucuk |
| 4-5 tbsp | Olive oil |
| - | salt |
| - | fresh thyme |
Preparation

Preheat oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat. Dice pumpkin and white cheese and place into a baking dish.

Add lokma sucuk, drizzle olive oil and season with salt. Mix gently.

Bake for about 15 minutes until pumpkin is soft. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve.
