Potato Salad with Wiener Sausages
Ingredients
| 6-7 | medium-sized potatos |
| 1/2 pack | poultry frankfurters |
| 3 tbsp | yogurt |
| 4-5 | pickles |
| 1 tbsp | capers |
| sth. | chives |
| 2 tbsp | apple cider vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | grainy mustard |
| 1 tbsp | mayonnaise |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| sth. | salt, pepper, thyme |
| sth. | green peas |
| sth. | chilli flakes |
Preparation

Boil the potatoes in salted water and let them cool.

Cut the frankfurters into small pieces and roast them in a little olive oil."

For the dressing, combine Yayla Premium yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, olive oil, and the spices in a bowl. Add chives, pickles and capers.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the bowl with the dressing. Set aside approx. 6-7 frankfurters for a garnish and add the rest to the bowl.

Mix everything together and arrange it on a serving plate. Decorate with chili flakes, the reserved frankfurters and peas.
