Fluffy Pizza Rolls with Sucuk and Kashkaval

Soft yeast dough pizza rolls filled with spicy sucuk and melted kashkaval cheese
Ingredients
| 400 g | flour |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 30 ml | oil |
| 20g | fresh yeast |
| 1 tsp | sugar |
| 220 ml | lukewarm water |
| 1 tsp | pizza seasoning |
| 1 pinch | sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 200 g | strained tomatoes |
| 150 g | premium sucuk |
| 150 g | Yayla kashkaval cheese, grated |
Preparation

Dissolve yeast with sugar in lukewarm water. Mix flour, salt and oil, add yeast mixture and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for about 60 minutes.

Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread tomato sauce evenly, add sucuk and grated kashkaval, then roll up tightly.

Cut into slices, place on baking tray and bake at 250°C top/bottom heat for about 10–12 minutes until golden.
