Hungarian fried bread, crispy and versatile.
Ingredients
| 320 g | Flour |
| 7 g | Dry yeast |
| 100 ml | Lukewarm milk |
| 100 ml | Lukewarm water |
| 1 tsp. | Sugar |
| 1,5 tbsp | Salt |
| 400 g | Sour Cream |
| 1 package | White Cheese 60% |
| 3 | Chopped garlic cloves |
| 1 pack | Kashkaval |
| 1 pack | Pastirma |
| sth. | Balsamic vinegar |
| sth | Mixed salad |
| sth. | Chives |
| sth. | Tomatoes |
| sth. |
Preparation

Mix the milk, water, sugar and dry yeast in a bowl. Add the salt and flour and knead into a soft dough. Cover the dough and leave to rise for 60 minutes.

Lightly oil your hands, tear off 7-8 pieces of dough and press into flat cakes. Make a hole in the centre of each flatbread. Cover and leave to rest for a further 15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the patties until golden brown.

For the cream, mix the sour cream, salt and chopped garlic. Spread the cream on the langoustines.

Variation 1: Top with feta, tomatoes and mixed salad. Refine with balsamic vinegar.

Variation 2: Top with grated Kashkaval cheese, pastirma and chives.
