Spooky Sausage Mummies - Halloween

Crispy puff pastry sausage mummies – a fun and easy Halloween party snack everyone will love.
Ingredients
| 1 pack | Yayla Wiener sausages |
| 1 pack | frozen puff pastry |
| 1 | egg yolk |
| 1 tsp | ketchup |
| - | approx. 20 candy eyes |
Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Cut puff pastry into thin strips. Wrap sausages with the strips, leaving small gaps for the eyes.

Brush with egg yolk and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.

Let cool slightly, then add ketchup dots and place candy eyes on top.
