This delicious recipe of granola with yogurt and colorful fruits is quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
| 140 g | Oat flakes |
| 2 tbsp. | Chia seeds |
| 1 | Small cup of mixed nuts |
| 20 g | Butter |
| 1 pack | Yoghurt |
| 2-3 tbsp. | Honey |
| 2 tbsp | Maple syrup |
| 1 tsp. | Cinnamon |
| 100 g | Frozen raspberries |
| sth. | Blueberries |
| sth. | Mango |
| sth. | Bananas |
| sth. | Coconut chips |
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170°C fan oven.

In a bowl, mix together 140g rolled oats, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 small cup mixed nuts, 1 tsp cinnamon, 20g melted Yayla butter and 2 tbsp maple syrup. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper, press it flat and bake for 20-30 minutes until the granola is golden brown.

Boil frozen raspberries and mash them with a fork.

Stir the creamed yoghurt with 2-3 tablespoons of honey until smooth and arrange on a plate.

Pour the cooled granola onto the yoghurt, garnish with the raspberry sauce and fresh fruit of your choice (blueberries, mango, banana).

To top it off, sprinkle with coconut chips or shredded coconut and enjoy this healthy treat!
