Crispy Cheesy Potatoes with White Cheese Dip

Ingredients
| 125 g | grated Gouda cheese |
| 5 | potatoes |
| 5 tbsp | olive oil |
| - | garlic powder |
| - | paprika powder |
| - | black pepper |
| - | Dried rosemary |
| - | Salt |
| 1 pack | white cheese |
| 3 tbsp | yogurt |
| 1 | roasted garlic clove |
| 1 tbsp | honey |
| optional | Fresh herbs |
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan). Mix olive oil with spices. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread part of the oil mixture on it.

Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the tray. Cut potatoes lengthwise and place them cut-side down onto the cheese. Drizzle remaining oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with rosemary.

Bake for 30–40 minutes until the potatoes are tender and crispy. Blend all dip ingredients until smooth and serve alongside the potatoes.
