Potato Salad with Vienna Sausages

A creamy potato salad with Yayla poultry sausages, crunchy pickles and a flavorful yogurt dressing.
Ingredients
| 6-7 | medium potatoes |
| 1/2 pack | Yayla poultry Vienna sausages |
| 3 tbsp | yayla premium yogurt |
| 4-5 | pickles |
| 1 tbsp | capers |
| - | chives |
| 2 tbsp | mayonnaise |
| 1 tbsp | whole grain mustard |
| 1 tbsp | apple vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| - | salt,pepper,thyme |
| Deco | Green peas, chili flakes |
Preparation

Boil potatoes in salted water, let cool and dice. Slice sausages and briefly fry in olive oil.

Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, olive oil and spices into a creamy dressing. Add pickles, capers and chives.

Fold potatoes and sausages into the dressing, mix well and plate. Garnish with peas and chili flakes.
