Broccoli-Apple Salad with Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients
| 1/2 | broccoli |
| 1/2 packs | yogurt, 3,5% |
| 3 tbsp | soft cheese |
| 20 | green olives |
| 1 | appel |
| 2 | carrots |
| sth. | chili pepper |
| 2 tbsp | mixed nuts |
| 2 tbsp | raisins |
| 1 tsp | mustard |
| 1tbsp | vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| sth. | salt, pepper |
Preparation

Cut the broccoli florets (raw) into very small pieces. Dice the apple and grate the carrots. Slice the olives and put everything into a bowl. Add nuts, raisins, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl, first mix the mustard with the vinegar. Slowly add the olive oil and mix well. Stir in the Yayla yogurt and pour over the salad. Add a bit of olive brine for extra flavor and mix well.

Arrange the salad on a plate and sprinkle the soft cheese over it. Optionally, garnish with a finely chopped chili pepper.
