Baked White Cheese Wrapped in Yufka

Baked white cheese with pastirma in yufka pastry, enhanced with sesame seeds and a light salad.
Ingredients
| 1 pad | white cheese |
| 4 slices | pastirma |
| 3 | Yufka leaves, halved |
| 1 tbspn. | butter |
| sth. | sesame |
| sth. | green mixed salad |
| sth. | cherry tomatoes |
| sth. | pickles |
| sth. | olive oil |
| sth. | balsamico |
| sth. | salt, pepper |
Preparation

Melt the butter. Set the oven to 180°C fan oven. Brush the yufka with butter and place the white cheese on the yufka, cover with pastırma and wrap well. Repeat with another 2 yufka dough sheets and butter. Brush the top layer with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Now bake for approx. 15 minutes.

Chop the tomatoes and cucumber, mix with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Serve the cheese with the salad and sauce. The super tasty and quick starter is ready.
