Baked Figs with White Cheese

a simple yet elegant dish combining sweet figs, creamy Yayla white cheese, and a drizzle of honey.
Ingredients
| 4 | fresh figs |
| 50g | Yayla white cheese |
| 1 tbsp | honey |
Preparation

Wash the figs and gently pat them dry. Cut a cross into the top of each fig and slightly open them.

Crumble the white cheese and fill the figs with it. Place the figs in an ovenproof dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 5–10 minutes, until the cheese has softened.

Drizzle with honey before serving and enjoy warm.
