Creamy yogurt topped with intensely spicy peppers.
Ingredients
| 80–100 g | dried spicy peppers |
| 1 pack | Yayla Premium strained yogurt |
| for frying | Olive oil |
| 2 tsp | Garlic oil |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 1 handful | Walnuts |
Preparation

Wash the dried peppers and soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes. Drain well.

Fry the peppers in plenty of olive oil over medium heat for about 7–8 minutes. Add a clove of garlic if desired and season with salt.

Season the yogurt with garlic oil and salt, spread it on a plate, top with the cooled peppers and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Tip:
The fried peppers can be prepared in advance. While hot, transfer them to a sterilized jar, seal and turn upside down. Store cool after cooling completely.
