White Chocolate Cream with Yogurt & Blueberries

A light dessert with white chocolate, yogurt and fruity blueberry compote.
Ingredients
| 4 tbsp | Yayla strained yogurt |
| 140 g | cream |
| 340 g | white chocolate |
| 150 g | vanilla |
| 75 ml | frozen blueberries |
| 40 g | water |
| A pinch | sugar |
Preparation

Heat the cream with vanilla. Pour over the chopped white chocolate and stir until melted. Cover and chill.

Simmer blueberries with water, sugar and cinnamon until slightly thickened.

Mix the chilled chocolate cream with yogurt until smooth. Serve with blueberry compote and garnish with pistachios and flowers.
