| 150 ml | milk |
| 100g | butter |
| 500g | wheat flour |
| 1 packet | dry yeast |
| 70g | sugar |
| 1tsp | salt |
| 1 | egg (size m) |
| 1 | egg white |
| 1 | egg yolk |
| 2 tbsp | milk |
| - | raisins |
Preparation

Warm milk and butter in a small saucepan until melted. In a large bowl mix flour and dry yeast. Add sugar, salt, egg, egg white and the warm milk-butter mixture and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 160°C fan or 180°C top/bottom heat. Divide dough into four pieces and shape into Weckmann figures. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Mix egg yolk with milk, brush the figures and decorate with raisins. Bake about 20 minutes until golden.
