Vegan Brownies Made From Kidney Beans

Juicy chocolate brownies, vegan, high in protein, and simply delicious.
Ingredients
| 90g | kidney beans |
| 30g | cocoa powder |
| 30g | flour |
| 1 tbspn. | baking soda |
| 60g | maple syrup |
| 100g | vergan chocolate |
| 1 | banana |
| 115g | sunflower oil |
| 1 tbspn. | coffee |
| 100g | walnuts |
Preparation

Soak the quail beans in plenty of water overnight. Then cook in water until they are completely soft. As they are then pureed, you can overcook them.

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Add the following ingredients to a blender in the order listed and blend in between. Sunflower oil, maple syrup, banana, soft-boiled beans, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and coffee. Process all the ingredients into a homogeneous mixture. Stir the walnuts and chopped chocolate into the batter.

Line a medium-sized baking dish with baking paper. Pour in the batter and bake for approx. 18-20 minutes. Then leave to cool thoroughly and serve!
