Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
| 10 | green peppers |
| 200 g | rice |
| 3 | garlic cloves |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 tbsp. | tomato puree |
| 1 tbsp. | paprika pulp |
| 1 | tomato |
| 6 tbsp. | oil |
| 1.5 tsp. | salt |
| 1 tsp. | dried mint |
| 1 tsp. | sweet paprika powder |
| 1 tsp. | dried parsley |
| 400 ml | water |
| 1 tsp. | tomato puree |
| 1 tsp. | paprika paste |
| sth. | tomatoes |
| sth. | yoghurt 10% |
Preparation

Leave the rice to rest in a bowl of hot water for 5 minutes and then drain. Finely chop the tomato, onion and garlic and mix with the rice.

Remove the stalks and core from the peppers. Fill the peppers with the rice mixture and seal with a slice of tomato.

Place the stuffed peppers in a tall pan.

To make the sauce, mix the water, tomato purée and paprika purée together and carefully pour over the peppers.

Heat the pan on the highest setting until the liquid boils. Then reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 50-60 minutes until the rice is cooked.

Serve the stuffed peppers with yoghurt.
