St. Martin’s Sweet Pretzel

Soft golden yeast pretzels brushed with butter and coated in sugar – a cozy seasonal treat.
Ingredients
| 20 g | fresh yeast |
| 500g | flour |
| 250 ml | Yayla milk (lukewarm) |
| 90g | sugar |
| 100 g | melted Yayla butter |
| melted Yayla 1 packet | vanilla sugar |
| 1 tsp | winter spice flavoring |
| 2 tbsp | butter for brushing |
| - | Sugar for coating |
Preparation

Mix yeast with sugar and warm milk. Add remaining ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Let rise 1 hour.

Shape into 5–7 pretzels, rest another hour, brush with water and bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes. Brush with butter and coat in sugar.
