Preparation
For the dough, place all the ingredients in a bowl and knead it into a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise for approx. 40 minutes. After the rising time, shape the dough into 8-9 almond-sized balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover the dough balls and leave to rise again for 30 minutes. Whisk one egg yolk with 1 tbsp milk. Brush the dough pieces with the egg mixture and sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Place the dough pieces in the preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for 15-18 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the topping. To do this, cut the tomatoes and onions into thin slices. Wash the lettuce. Cut the Yayla Premium Sucuk into thin slices and fry on both sides. Cover the sucuk slices with gouda-toast-cheese in the hot pan and allow it to melt. Fry the Yayla grill cheese on both sides. Now top the burgers with lettuce, sucuk with Gouda or sucuk with grilled cheese, tomatoes and onions. Serve with a sauce of your choice and enjoy.
