One Pot Pasta

A delicious dish prepared in just one pot.
Ingredients
| 300 g | noodels |
| 1 | onion |
| 3 | garlic cloves |
| 1 | big tomato |
| 700 ml | hot water |
| 100 ml | cream |
| 1 tpsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | thyme |
| 1/2 tsp | basil |
| 1/2 tsp | oregano |
| 2 tbsp | tomato- and paprika paste |
| 2 tbsp | oil |
| sth. | village cheese with black cumin |
| sth. | arugula |
Preparation

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and garlic cloves in it.

Add the diced tomato and sauté it as well. Then, add the tomato paste and paprika paste.

Deglaze everything with water and cream, and stir in the spices.

Add the pasta and bring everything to a boil with the lid closed. Let it simmer until the pasta is cooked through.

Finally, grate the delicious village cheese over the pasta and serve it with some fresh arugula.
