| 50g | sugar |
| 35g | cornstarch |
| 500ml | yayla whole milk (3.5%) |
| 1 tsp | rose water |
| for decoration | dried rose petals |
| for decoration | chopped pistachios |
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and a few tablespoons of milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil.

Add the mixture to the hot milk while stirring continuously and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the rose water.

Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours. Garnish with rose petals and pistachios before serving.
