Lentil Bolognese

A delicious vegan pasta dish!
Ingredients
| 2 | cloves of garlic |
| 1 | Onion |
| 1 | Carrot |
| 2 tbsp. | Olive Oil |
| 1 tbsp. | Tomate and Pepper purée |
| 140 g | Red lentils |
| 1 tin | Chopped tomatoes |
| 250 ml | Water |
| 1 tsp. | Basil |
| 1 tsp. | Oregano |
| 1-1,5 tsp. | Salt |
| 1 tsp. | Sugar |
| 300g | cooked pasta |
Preparation

Finely chop the garlic and onion, finely dice the carrot. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions with the garlic. Add the carrots and fry for a few minutes.

Add the tomato and paprika purée mix and the lentils and fry. Add the chopped tomatoes, water and spices, stir briefly.

Bring the lentil Bolognese to the boil, cover and simmer over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare 300 g pasta according to the packet instructions.

Serve the lentil bolognese over the cooked pasta and enjoy!
