Ingredients
| 4 | eggs |
| 120g | flour |
| 200ml | milk |
| 3 | spring onions |
| 5 | sprigs of parsley |
| 5 | springs of dill |
| sth. | salt |
| sth. | butter |
Preparation

Chop the spring onions, parsley and dill finely.

Place eggs, milk, flour and salt in a large bowl and stir. Add the fresh herbs and spring onions and stir.

Melt a piece of butter in a pan and add a ladleful of batter to the pan. Bake the dough on both sides.

Serve and enjoy the kaygana for breakfast with white cheese and olives.
