Delicious snack recipe with homemade fluffy bread.
Ingredients
| 60mg | milk 3,5% |
| 60ml | water |
| 1 | egg |
| 30g | butter |
| 1 | pinch of salt |
| 1 | teaspoon sugar |
| 20g | yeast |
| 350g | flour |
| 1 | egg yolk |
| 1 tbspn. | Milk |
| 1 | Pack of beef sausages |
| sth | pickles |
| sth. | fried onions |
| sth. | ketchup |
| sth. | mustard |
Preparation

Mix milk, water, sugar and yeast.

Add the egg, butter, flour and salt and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.

Then form 8 balls from the dough and roll them out. Then roll up the dough pieces into hot dog buns. Place the rolls, seam side down, on a baking sheet and let them rest, covered, for 30 minutes.

Mix the egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of milk and brush the rolls with it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Then let it cool down.

In the meantime, fry the beef sausages. Cut the hot dog buns in half and top with pickles, beef sausage and fried onions. Finally serve with mustard and ketchup. Enjoy it!
