Ingredients
| 1 pack | beef sausages |
| 1-2 tbsp | yogurt, 3,5% |
| 1 pack | hot dog buns |
| 5-6 | pickels |
| 1 | grilled paprika |
| 2 tbsp | mayonnaise |
| 1 tbsp | mustard |
| 1 pack | wooden sticks |
Preparation

Remove the sausages from the package and cut off the ends. Put them onto a wooden stick and use a knife to cut the sausages at a 45-degree angle.

Heat up some olive oil in a grill pan and fry the sausages on the sticks over medium heat. Next turn the sausages to ensure they cook evenly.

Remove the sausages from the pan and warm up the hot dog buns in the same pan until they are lightly crispy.

For the sauce, finely chop the pickles and mix them with mayonnaise, yogurt, pepper, and a bit of pickle brine. Stir well until everything is well combined.

Add the sauce to the hot dog buns, then place the sausages on top. Add the grilled peppers and finish the dish of with the mustard.
