Ingredients
| 17-20 slices | bread |
| 125g | butter |
| 1/2 packs | Kashkaval |
| 1/2 packs | akkawi cheese |
| 2 | garlic cloves |
| sth. | Chives |
| sth. | rosemary |
| sth. | Oregano |
| sth. | salt, pepper |
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan oven.

In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the oregano, rosemary, chives, salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Spread the bread generously with the herb butter.

Grate the Kashkaval and Akkawi cheese and mix together. Spread the mixed cheese evenly on the spread bread.

Bake the prepared loaves in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown. The aroma is irresistible!

Serve with a delicious tomato salsa, which goes perfectly with the spicy flavor of the herb bread.
Tip:
Store any leftover garlic butter in a Tupperware container; it is versatile and adds a special touch to meat and vegetable dishes.
