Gingerbread Tiramisu

A festive tiramisu.
Ingredients
200g | Gingerbread, crushed |
250g | mascarpone |
200ml | cream |
40g | powdered sugar |
3 tbspn. | sanapart |
50ml | espresso |
sth. | backed cocoa |
sth. | raspberry |
sth. | rosemary, fresh 200g |
Preparation

For the cream, whip the cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar and San-Apart until stiff and set aside.

Crush the gingerbread and fill into 8 glasses. Spread 2 teaspoons of espresso over each gingerbread. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle and spread some of the cream over each gingerbread.

Dust the gingerbread with baking cocoa and garnish with raspberries and rosemary. Place the gingerbread in the fridge for 3 hours before eating.
