Fluffy Cheese Balls

Ingredients
| 200ml | Yayla milk 3.5% |
| 100ml | lukewarm water |
| 20g | fresh yeast |
| 1.5 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | sugar |
| 60 ml | oil |
| 520 g | flour |
| - | grated yayla Gouda |
| 1 tbsp | yayla butter |
| 1 | garlic clove |
| - | chopped parsley |
| 1 | egg yolk |
Preparation

Mix lukewarm milk, water, sugar and fresh yeast. Add oil, salt and flour and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rest for about 1 hour until risen.

Form walnut-sized balls, fill each with grated Gouda and seal well. Place on a baking tray, let rest another 20 minutes and brush with egg yolk.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley and brush over the warm cheese balls.
