Crepes with Warm Cherries

Ingredients
| 65g | Flour |
| 125 ml | lukewarm milk |
| 30g | sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 15g | melted butter |
| 1 packet | Vanilla sugar |
| pinch | salt |
| 1 jar | sour cherries |
| pinch | cinnamon |
| 6-7 tbsp | sugar |
| 1½ tbsp | cornstarch + a little water |
| - | Yayla village kaymak |
| - | powdered sugar |
Preparation

Mix flour, milk, sugar, egg, melted butter and vanilla sugar into a smooth batter. Lightly grease a pan and add some batter. Cook over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

Fold the finished crepes and place on a plate. For the cherries: drain cherries and keep the juice. Heat the juice with sugar and cinnamon.

Mix cornstarch with cold water and stir into the hot juice. Bring briefly to a boil. Add cherries and mix well. Dust crepes with powdered sugar and serve with kaymak and warm cherries.
