Çiğköfte Sushi Snack

1 packYayla çiğköfte
2 Sauce of choice

Preparation

Spread the wraps: Lay out the tortilla wraps and evenly spread 3–4 pieces of Yayla çiğköfte on each one.

Filling: Top with vegetables of your choice: cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, pickled gherkin, fresh mint, and lettuce. Optionally drizzle with a little lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, or sauce.

Roll & coat: Roll the wraps tightly, then coat them in crushed tortilla chips until fully covered.

Slice & enjoy: Cut the rolls into sushi-style pieces – serve immediately and enjoy!
