Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
| 150g | sugar |
| 1 | zest of organic orange |
| 200g | grated carrots |
| 50g | chopped walnuts |
| 2 | eggs |
| 120g | sunflower oil |
| 130g | flour |
| 2 tsp | baking powder |
| 1 sachet | vanilla sugar |
| 1.5 tsp | cinnamon |
| 80g | powdered sugar |
| 200g | yayla cream cheese |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice |
| Deco | White chocolate shavings |
Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C. Beat eggs, sugar, orange zest and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add oil. Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon, then fold in carrots and walnuts.

Bake for 20–30 minutes. Let cool completely. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice and spread over the cake. Decorate.
