500 g | Yufka |
400 g | Spinach |
2 | Eggs |
200 g | Cheese |
1 | Onion |
2 tbspn | Oliveoil |
Preparation

Wash and roughly chop the spinach. Sauté the onion in a pan with a little olive oil until translucent, add the spinach, and sauté briefly. Let cool.

Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the spinach mixture along with an egg. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread out a yufka pastry sheet, spread with the filling, then roll up the sheet and place it in a greased baking dish.

Brush with the remaining egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bei 180°C ca. 30 Minuten backen, bis der Börek goldbraun ist.
