Banana Berry Smoothie

A refreshing treat for hot days!
Ingredients
| 2 | bananas |
| 1 bowl | mixed frozen berries |
| 300 ml | lactose-free milk |
| 1-2 tbsp | honey |
| 1 handful | cashews |
| 2 tbsp | yogurt, 3,5% |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| sth. | coconut flakes |
Preparation

First pour the milk into a blender, then add the frozen berries (keep a couple for decoration), bananas, honey, cinnamon, yogurt and cashew nuts and blend well.

Pour into glasses, garnish with grated coconut, the remaining berries and enjoy cold.
