Baked Stuffed Mushrooms with Cream Cheese & Pastirma

Ingredients
| 10–15 | medium mushrooms |
| 1 pack | cream cheese |
| 5–6 slices | pastirma |
| 1/4 bunch | parsley |
| 3 tbsp | grated parmesan |
| 1 | garlic clove |
| 3 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 1 tsp | Pepper |
| 1 tsp | Olive oil |
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Fry the pastirma slices in a pan with a little olive oil until crispy, then dice them.

Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Add finely chopped parsley, crushed garlic, parmesan, diced pastirma, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
